What is open in California Adventure during early entrance?

We are staying two nights at Paradise Pier in September mostly because of the extra hour in the morning. Our son loves Cars so Cars land will be the first stop both mornings, but in case we manage to get him to leave Cars land ;-) I'm just wondering what else is open in CA during the extra hour?

I don't have a comprehensive list, but from personal experience, Soarin', Screamin', TSMM, Ariel's were all open during EMH when I was there in July.

We also did the carousel in addition to those already mentioned. And we rode the swings and jellyfish I think it was before 8 but it could have been just after.

With early entry would we waste that whole hour in line for RSR? Does everyone head straight there?

Unless you are one of the first people in line, yes. We rode tires then screamin then a member of our party (around 7:30) went and got in line for RSR FP. We got them with a return time of around 10:30 I think and they came with Grizzly FP, which was great.

This really worked well for us b/c we were not only able to ride several things during our EE (we also rode TSM with NO wait and the carousel and a few others with no wait closer to 8 and before 9). This strategy worked very well for us. We were able to do all of PP and all the way up to Ariel before our FP return time on RSR.

Edit to add: We were amongst the first people in the park at 7 a.m. and didn't run to Cars Land, but walked quickly and two things happened: One, the FP line started forming then and two, the line for RSR extended all the way down to the Cars Land entrance, so I feel certain everyone headed there
