What is open Christmas Day in NJ

I was wondering what places are open on Christmas Day. What resturants and stores that you know wil be open on Christmas?

I know these are open:

Theaters
IHOP
McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant

Not all IHOPs are open on 12/25. If you check their website, the 2 I'm closest to will not be open.

Also the McCormick & Schmick's near my house does not show as open on 12/25

We usually do Chinese food or Deli (kosher) both are open by us.

Every Chinese food place.. plus the movies. (It's a running joke in our town that most of the town goes to Chinese food an movies on Christmas Day)

For that matter: PF Changs is open



Wegmans and Shoprite (limited hours)
Maggiano's-I just got a flier from them
CVS- at least the 24 hour ones in Cherry Hill, Mt. Ephraim and Lawnside--not sure about the Mt. Laurel one

Ya, make sure you check with your resturant I found out these would be open from reading an associated press article.

My two IHOPS and McCormick & Schmick's will be open Christmas Day.

Plenty of places are open in NJ for Christmas, but what are you looking for?

Movie theatres, restaurants, etc. are opened.

I hear that even NYC is open that day.

Theres a lot to to in Philly if you want to do the bridge and parking. You can walk around. I work in Old City and there is an old church that just have a live nativity scene== there are goats, donkeys and sheep in a constructed pen!

You can always look at stuff-- I don't know if Liberty Bell is open (doubt it) but if the weather is nice there is always fun things to see and do. Check out and see if the Comcast 3d show is going to be on (17th and JFK- FREE) and if the Macy's will be open-- (13th and Market). The Macy's has a free walkthrough Dickens village as well as a nice old fashioned light show.

As for Jersey, check to see if ther are live nativities (if you are into that). If you are really inclined, I can tell you about some very nice but somewhat over the top Christmas light displays people do in Cherry Hill.. one has Santa and a magician!

I guess it just depends on where in NJ you live, too. I live at the shore and there is a lot less to do here, than say, up north. I work for Wawa, so I know we are open (I am actually working on Christmas, so feel free to stop by with pixie dust and have a shorti).

Walgreens and Blockbuster.

And, more than once, I ended up getting an extremely last minute present at either Walgreens or Blockbuster.

Wegmans is actually closed on Christmas Day. Close at 6:00pm(or thereabouts) on Christmas Eve and open again on the 26th at about 7:00am. It is the only day of the year we are closed for a whole day. On Thanksgiving, just closed for about 10 hours or so.
