The general rule re: DDP is this (there are some exceptions but very few)

For CS
One Entree
One drink (non alcholic-includes smoothies if offered, shakes too)
one dessert

For TS
One appetizer
One Entree
One non-alcoholic drink
one dessert

For Snack
Almost anything under $4
(includes resort gift shops, etc) These are very well marked throughout WDW

First, to be clear, DDP entitles you to the regular menu except for a few exceptions. Take a look at the menus on allearsnet.com (as a PP posted). For TS (Coral Reef, Cinderella's Royal Table, Sci-Fi) you will be able to choose one drink, one thing from the appie list, one from the entree list and one dessert.

Second, you listed snack for Coral Reef. As far as I know you cannot use snack credits at a table service restaurant like Coral Reef. You can only use a TS credit and get the above mentioned items.

Snacks throughtout the parks will either be marked with a DDP symbol, or will probably be allowed if they are under $4. If in doubt, ask a CM.
