What is New at Epcot?

I know they have the new Pixar film, but what else is new? (A&E aside). My husband read something about a Festival Center being open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He seems to think it's the building where Cranium Command and Body Wars was. Is it open, and only on certain days? He saw a lot about F&G so maybe it has to do with that.

Yes, we met Baymax and Hiro on our last trip and this trip I hope to seriously cut down on the M&Gs. At this point we have a pre WS opening ADR at Akershus (in case A&E is functioning) then head to the front to do some kid stuff. Hopefully head back to the room for relaxing then back for dinner and Illuminations. Thanks!
