what is my next step in renting points

today I just rented out some of our points --this is my first time doing this

anyways I thought I had everything right--sent the rental com the confirmation #
I get an email back they couldnt find the resveration in a link in my disney experience

do I need to go MDE and put in something there--
Im really nerveous ( and excited though that I got some of our points rented)
I dont want anything to go wrong and mess up my account so when I book our trip in feb
everything is set

so please let me know what I need to do next--I hate to contact the com again--Ive had so many questions it isnt funny--
I know thats there job but even so

Verify that the lead guest's last name is correct and that the confirmation # doesn't have any typos. You shouldn't need to do anything else.
 
Im sorry just double checking I put in the confirmation # and the head person on the resveration on MDE
 
You don't put the info on your MDE, the renter will add it to their MDE. That might be what is causing the problem.
 

oh oh I just did that--I suppose that will cause another issue
I just did yet another contact us with the rental com--hope I can get this over with soon

is there a way I can cancel it on MDE

also they said that I could forward a pic of the confirmation that I got on my dashboard on the DVC website I have the pic on my phone but Im not sure how to get it to the company

I think you have to call to get a reservation removed from your MDE. Maybe someone else has a work around, but I don't know it. Good luck.
