What is my Castaway Club number?

I was on the DCL website pricing cruises and was prompted for my Castaway Club number. I plugged in the number off my Key to the World card but it was too long for the space. Is there a different number I should use? Thanks! Pidge

I read some previous posts and it looks like I'll have a number sent to me.

We got a separate Castaway Club card in the mail some weeks (maybe months?) after our first cruise. If you don't have the card, DCL can look it up for you. We just got one card in the mail with one number (mine), but all family members had their own numbers, just no cards. When I called DCL reservations, they were able to find the other family members' numbers very easliy (they were all sequential).

BTW, you can just click on "first time cruiser" and get prices w/o the club number.

DCL will send you a card if they ever get around to it. I sailed 18 months ago and never got my #. They are horrible when it comes to sending out info for repeat cruisers. (Princess and RCCL send me flyers and info every other month.)
