I thought I was picking a slow time of year to go nov3-9th, now I see people saying it's jersey week, what is that? And is it going to be very busy?

Jersey Week is a week - usually the 1st week of November - when Disney celebrates everything about New Jersey! They have favorite Jersey foods at Epcot; Famous Jerseyans out meeting people and signing autographs at MGM; and MK is all dressed up in a Jersey "theme". And anyone making that old joke "What exit are you from?" are poiltely escorted out of the parks by security. It's so cool that Disney does this for our small state! Many people from Jersey comes for the festivities, so it can be a tad more crowded. :teeth: :teeth: :teeth:

OK OK! - It's actually a week where many people from Jersey come to WDW since school is out for two days! Most Jerseyans will probably be heading home by Nov 7th to get back for school the next day. :) :)

LOL, love that HugsforEeyeore.

Minnieandmickymouse,
It is not bad. We have gone Jersey week for the last 8 yrs. I think it is great. I also went in June last year as well as JW. June was unbearable. Way too crowded and way too hot. Jersey week is mild in comparison.

Jersey folks don't bite. Have fun!

O it would be so nice if Disney did all those things to honor the great and wonderful state of New Jersey. They could even give out free Jersey dirt to everyone!!! (In case you are not from the state of NJ, it is a yummy dessert of pudding and crushed oreos, etc....SOOO GOOD!) :cake:
