It's a little show they have during SWW where kids come up and "train" to be Jedi masters. Then they get to "fight" Darth Vader (it is Darth Vader right?).
as said it's a jedi training. It was going to remain as a perminant attraction after weekends. I suppose they decided they didn't want to pay the equity for the show and it was removed. But vadar and the storm troopers that were in the show do meet and greets currently at that location.
It's not going to be permanent now? They did a meet and greet with Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers when one show time was rained out on our last trip.
I actually found the jedi training to be a two-sided coin. On the one hand, my 7-y-o loved it and was dying to be picked for the training....on the other hand, there are so many kids that want to do it that it is difficult to get picked. He tried three times on two different days and was not chosen. I actually spoke to some moms that said their kids would not let them leave between shows in the hopes of having a great spot for the next one until they were finally chosen!!! Also, Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers can be very intimidating when they come out...I've seen a few of the very little ones cry and look for their parents (one of the assistants quickly comforted them and took them off stage to find their parents).
Otherwise the training is a dream come true for many kids that always wanted to "train" under a jedi master and fight the ultimate Darth Vader !!!
