what IS it with drivers today?

all day today people have been driving like crazy!

first of all half of the people turning didn't use a blinker, and i saw almost 2 accidents because of this because no one knew where they were going.(that is my biggest pet peeve, people not using their blinkers)

then another woman was trying to turn. luckily she turned her blinker on, but instead of going in the median to turn, she sat in the lane! and this was on a boulevard with 6 lanes! so she sits in the lane and holds up traffic until she decided to turn.

then we were coming out of the mall parking lot and a woman was walking past the driveway of the parking lot and the guy next to us wasn't even looking and decided to go....well luckliy he didn't gun it and the girl walking saw him but it tapped her and she tumbled back a bit. luckily she wasn't hurt.


what is it with people?? i don't understand how some people are still allowed to drive. i honestly think that every 10 years you should be retested.

i honestly think people are just crazy drivers. i can't believe that one guy who almost hit that woman. she was RIGHT infront of his car, he just wasn't even looking!

If you use your blinker the person in the other lane speeds up, so you got to act like your not even intrested in switching lanes, then hurry and get over there

I'm blaming it on the time change and that it's dark when people leave work now. This whole past week, on the way home, I ended up behind some nimrod driving 25 in a 40, and they kept slamming on their brakes. But in the passing zones, the doof sped up to at least 60 so no one even had a chance to get by.

maybe that's it. i have those people too! driving 25 in a 40 or 15 in a 30!! ugh!! WHY!? and braking the whole time.......why? is there a reason or do they do it just to be annoying?

Here is my pet peeve: You're driving down a road wanting to make (for example) a left turn. Coming down the road in the opposite direction is another car/truck and so, because there is not enough time to go, you sit in the intersection waiting for them to pass so you can turn. 15 seconds later, the car reaches the intersection, then TURNS left without using a signal. Had they used their signal initially, you could have just gone without waiting. I just find this unbelievably rude and lazy.

i KNOW! it causes more accidents than good. they think "eh, i'm only turning, it doesn't matter" and then they're the ones who say "What happened?" when they get into an accident.
