I had written in a few months ago about some rewards programs that I still do all of a sudden stopped working I get messages
that its taking to long to respond and to check proxey and firewall
we called twice to have someone come out to look it over--both times they said they could see there was a problem but couldnt do anything about it--one said since we live in a condo they couldnt do anything we lived here 10 months before this started
neither time did the person come into the house to actually see what the problem is
Im thinking its the WIFI since I can get into them at work on my phone on the WIFI at work or if I turn off the WIFI on my phone when Im at home
on one of the calls it was suggested that we change from IPv4 to IPv6 have no clue at all what this is
they tried to walk me through it on the phone which wasnt working at all they told me to type in some intials and then told me what I should get --well I put in the letters they told me I sure didnt get what they told me I would get
anyone have any clue on what those 4 or 6 means
a friend of ours suggested that we might need a new WIFI modem
this is just so fustrating
