What is inside the Disney Castle, can you go inside OR is it just to walk through??? :confused3

There are lots of stuff to look at. A nice x-mas shop for instance. If you go to the basement, you'll find a big dragon (which is unique for DLP, well they don't have a dragon at WDW). But if you are in a hurry, you can just walk through the castle as well.

something i heard recently, is on special events, disney will let people sleep in the castle. not sure how true that is...

if you go upstairs, there is a floor dedicated to the story of sleeping beauty.
there are pictures, tableaux, stained glass windows and tapestries.
each one tells a bit of the story.
there are little books with text in french at each one but if you don't speak french you can just make it up.

there is also a balcony with a lovely view of fantasyland and a spiral staircase where you can hear music from the film.

My DD9 is so excited as Sleeping Beauty has been her fave princess for ever and cannot wait to go see her castle in May .. I can now tell her about all this too
Thanks :thumbsup2

Look out for Maleficent too, she has been known to hang round on the balcony, making threats and so on. :scared1: She's evil! :lmao:

I never went upstairs :scared1:
But next time i will be, i think i was scared of leaving the buggy...shouldnt of worried it fell apart when i got it back home :rotfl:

She's not evil she's misunderstood. ;)

How would you feel if you were the only gal in the neighbourhood not invited to "the party" ? :rotfl:

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

DD is 16 this coming April, and says she is expecting a visit from Maleficent... with a spinning wheel...
