I was perusing the Cosmic Ray's menu and only see entrees listed for the child's meal, i.e. mac & cheese, nuggets, uncrustables. Does he also get a side item for QS? What kind of drink is included? Milk? Juice? I've read that they do get a dessert but its usually fruit or a cookie. Is this what you've experienced?

Also, with TS, same questions. What is included? Entree, side item? What kind of drink? Again, I've heard maybe ice cream or create your own ice cream for TS desserts. Yes?

TIA!!

At Cosmic Rays, as with all other QS places, the kid's meals all have some kind of fruit/veggie with them. Here's the menu from allearsnet.com:

For Children Ages 3-9

Macaroni & Cheese $5.99

Chicken Nuggets - includes grapes, carrot sticks and choice of: small lowfat milk or small bottled water.
$6.49

Turkey Sandwich - includes grapes, carrot sticks, choice of small water or small lowfat milk
$5.99 Smucker's Uncrustables Sandwich - includes grapes, carrot sticks, choice of small water or small lowfat milk $5.49

Even though the mac & cheese doesn't have it listed, I'm sure it comes with grapes and carrot sticks and choice of drink.

What you're not seeing is the fine print you'll see on every menu board, that they can sub fries, yogurt, cookie, etc for any of the "side" portions of their meal. And I think apple juice, milk, choc milk, and water are all over the world as well.

At a TS, their meals will have an entree and some kind of veggie. When you look at the menus, you can usually mix/match any side from their menu with any entree on their menu. Desserts are usually some kind of ice cream or cookie.

Great! Thank you!

You can also order an adult QS meal with child QS credits. They do not keep track of which are which. It could be helpful for sharing purposes or if your kiddo is a big eater or doesn't like what is on the kid menu. Lots of regular menu items are kid friendly at cosmic ray's.

Yes, I read that today and will keep that in mind. My 4.5 yr old will most likely be sharing with my 2 yr old (who eats more than the older one) so that might work for us some places. My only issue is my 4.5 yr old only eats basic kid stuff (nuggets, Mac n cheese, etc). He is so picky!

Thanks!

Can you also substitute on the drinks? We are on vacation and my kids aren't going to want milk or water.

Really I did not know this. Thanks for the info
