Good for regular travellers as you can redeem your points against stays in hotel.
You also get notified of any special offer

It's good as there isn't a deadline on when you have to use your points by - they never expire. WHich is good if you only stay in HI's once in a blue moon

We have just booked 2 rooms at our local airport FOC using the points we made on our last trip to DLRP.

Its pretty much like a Tesco/Nectar card but only redeemable at future stays in their chain of hotels.
