What is happening March 17??

I am trying to book our hotel for Spring Break 2018 and the hotels I am considering are all booked on March 17th! What is happening that week end??

The only thing I could find was that the 17th is St. Patrick's Day. I have no clue if that's a busy day for DL.

Spring break in many parts of the country.

If you have spring break that week then many others to as well.
Plus March 17th specifically is St. Patrick's Day.

There is also a large high school band festival in Anaheim that weekend that my son's school will be attending. Typically there are a lot of cheerleading competitions that time of year as well.

And these are all the reasons I don't go in after the first week of March. Lol

Were you just checking online, or did you call? I was recently making some hotel reservations and they showed no availability online, but there was plenty of availability when I called. It's happened to me also when making reservations at BWPPI. I've heard hotels do this so they don't get overbooked by people making reservations online. Good luck!
