I have to ask is it true that there are airlines charging passengers to use the restroom on the plan

There have been reports that a couple of the super low-cost carriers that charge fees for lots of things (all food and drink, seat assignments, carry-on bags, checked bags, etc.) to help generate revenue--notably Ryanair and Spirit Airlines--have considered charging for restroom use, but I am not aware that anyone actually has implemented such a fee.
