What is going on with ERRORS on disney website!

I couldn't book my trip through the website. I had to go with a Disney Travel Agent. Part of the reason was that every time it came time to "checkout" I got an HTTP ERROR 500 message. I changed to firefox and to Chrome. Still the same thing! It also happened when making reservations. I can NOT get on my MYDISNEY acct to even see my reservations or confirmations. It is driving me nuts! Does anyone have any solutions. Is this happening to anyone else.

I couldn't check in online! I had everything entered correctly but it kept giving me an error. It's not just you!

You could have just called Disney directly and made the reservation and still maintained control of your reservation versus going through a TA.

Unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues since the rollout of the new website, but calling is always still an option.
