I was going through our reservations again tonight to make sure I had everything correct, and AGAIN Disney has cancelled ANOTHER one of my reservations. My 1900 Park Fare was cancelled and now my Garden Grill has been cancelled. I dont understand what is going on. I encourage everyone to check on your reservations. I have to call Disney again tomorrow and see if they can fix this. I am so upset.

Just checked and found ANOTHER one cancelled. Now my Crystal Palace has been removed.

I think the system is down, it's showing that I don't have any reservations at all! :scared1:

are you sure they are cancelled? there is a note on the side:

Don't See All Your Reservations?

If you don't see all your existing reservations, don't worry; they're still in our system. You can retrieve them manually using the confirmation number in the email you received when you made the reservation.

OMG.... that would be so scary. I'm going to check even though I know that if they're not there, it's still probably okay.... can't keep myself from checking, though.....

Did you double book ADRs? If not, just call, and I'm sure everything's there.

Yes...they were all missing. I spoke with Disney dining this morning. What we think happened is when they moved my reservations over to my resort reservation it changed my phone number. But what was weird was that my reservation numbers were different too. She said it was bizarre. I also had reservations attached to my name that I didn't make. :confused3 Go figure. Oh well...I have all my reservations and all is well with the world. ;)

If you have 2 resi's at the same time, different locations, will they automatically cancel one?

There is no automated system that does this. Some cast members, if they see that you have booked reservations in this fashion, MIGHT manually cancel BOTH reservations without notice to you. It's suggested that you decide as soon as possible which reservation you want to keep, and cancel the other.

This should not apply if you are splitting up a large party who wants to eat in different places, but if the reservations are in the same name and phone number, a cast member would have no way of knowing this, so it's usually suggested those types of reservations be made under two different names.

I thought all mine were deleted as well. When I try to see them online, they aren't there. However, when I call (which I have done a lot lately b/c I am paranoid about not being able to see them) they are all there. I have the confirmation numbers written down, typed, saved in a million locations now so I won't have trouble when I get there.
I told the CM I was freaked b/c I actually scored a Le Cellier and a Fantasmic Package during the week of Thanksgiving.
