what is favorite gaming console? game?

Yeah I know what you mean, I mean with games like Zelda, Super Smash Bros., Rogue Leader, Animal Crossing. I just can't think of any exclusive GameCube games that would be a reason to buy a GameCube, let alone an innovative game.

I also know Wi-Fi isn't available in all areas, which is why you have the option to get a wireless adapter for your internet connection or just use an ethernet cord. At this point in time you can't say Nintendo is doing a horrible job, mostly because there isn't that much info for this new system.

I doubt your even gonna give Nintendo a chance, because you are being close minded. Heck I'm even gonna give the PS3 a chance before I dis there boomerang controller.

IGN had a hands on the controller and played a souped up version of Metroid Prime 2 and said that is was amazing. the precision of a computer mouse in console games. and i am sorry, if graphics is all that the competition has to offer, then whoopee. and i would not pay for online either. and also i was reading this article, Nintendo actually created the online gaming with the NES in japan. it could do banking accounts and download games to the system. sadly they were ahead of their time. they also created the precursor to the dance pad. what i am trying to say is that they have truly changed the way we play games (DS) almost every developer that has been interviewed about it praises it. it is people like you guys that can't think out of the box, and see something truly great in front of you. imagine a sword fighting game like zelda or PoP and i will leave you to your thoughts

He speaks the truth. nintendo teamed up with Sony to make the prototype "playstation" (they didn't call it that) and nintendo scrapped the plans. Sony copyrighted the the design and tech, basiacally leeching off nintendo. if it werent for ninendo, your precious playstatoin 3 wouldn't exist.

But that's just the thing, I don't want a fantasy sword fighting game. And I can tell you right now, they are going to lose a lot of older gamers, if that's their main platform for games.

I never said I wasn't going to give the revolution a chance. Heck I'm looking forward to getting one. I'm just saying, I hate the design of the controller, and if I can use a cube controller or something, I'm going to go ahead and plug that thing in. Same thing with the PS3. If I can plug in one of my PS2 controllers, then I'm going to go ahead and do that.

okay munky, even i had to concede that the boomerang looked better lol, but the potential is there. they are thinking of a gun cradle, a convetional controller cradle definitly to play regular games. i admit i was skeptical. but after the review with some crude demos from IGN and Gamespot, my worries are solved. lets let this die, and continue on with favorite game. unless there is something else you want to say, and i apolegize.\


Actually i think that is what nintendo's plan is, to be the second system in the household

I just wish I didn't have to edit it, because the last two boxes really sum up my feelings twards the Revolution Controller.

Great, just another way for Nintendo to rip us off. More money for something that should be standard.


1) They almost didn't put internet access on it. But they did
2) They go for more of the family games. Um. Duh. It's Nintendo.
3) They are asking us to pay more money for a freakin controller. If you don't like the first one, boohoo.


Great job Nintendo. Keep up the good work. And this is why I praise Sony.

^^^I'm just saying, they are making dumb descisions, that WILL cost them money.

Want a perfect example of nintendo doing that...the gamecube. Why do you think it droped to $99? Because most of the time people are going to take....

Soul Calibur > Super Smash Brothers
Project Gothem > Mario Kart

Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart are both excellent games, they just dont appeal to enough gamers for the Cube to be a big contender. Hence sales dropped, and they had to reduce the price for it to continue to sell. I love playing my cube, it's just that the lack of internet access and the majority of games being stuff like Mario and Zelda, has turned it off to a lot of gamers. All I'm saying, is that the Revolution almost went down the same road as the Cube, and if it wasn't for everyone yelling at Nintendo, the Revolution probably would have gone down the same road.

Now lets PLEASE change the subject.

lol, have you seen the George Forman grill thing for the PS3. i admit to, there is a lack of games, but the ones are some really good games Fire Emblem, Battalion wars and zelda are some great games to end up the gamecubes life cycle. and i can't tell you how many DS games i want
