Mac & cheese, pb&j, pasta, pizza, and cup of soup are not appetizing today. What're you having?

OOPS!:earseek: I had a ham and turkey sandwich!
And it was GOOD!

I usually make a lot of vegetarian pasta dishes for dinners.

Try fish sticks or fish. Tonight we're having baked breaded tilapia ( a mild white fish that doesn't taste fishy. they say it's for beginners or people who don't like fish.), oven fries, and coleslaw. you could also try a fish sandwich. bean burritos or meatless tacos are also an option. i know this is a lot of fish, but how about tuna and crackers. cheese omeletes are also good and you can put whatever meatless fillings like veggies in it. how about breakfast for dinner? you could serve pancakes, waffles, and eggs along with some fruit. if you want the presence of meat, you could use boca burgers ( a soy product) or crumbles and use them to make lasagna, tacos, or any other dish that requires hamburger as a sustitute. hope this helps.

I bought crab meat at the Price Club yesterday but was too tired to fix crab cakes tonight so I settled for a bowl of Total and my husband had a bowl of frozen shrimp. My mouth is now watering for crab cakes!

Tonight we are having halibut with avocado salsa & rice with steamed veggies. Yummy.... I love fish. I normally eat it 3 times a week.
