What is everyone doing this weekend?

Wow it is the first Fall weekend, and it has cooled down here finally! High today 76 DH said lastnight he wants to go fishing this morning, so I will pack him a nice lunch to take!

Myself I am going to finish my Disney Room, do some cooking and maybe start in the basement! There are alot of little things that I want to get done before the real cold weather moves in!

I'm going to meet with my landscaper guy who is grading the jungle in our backyard.

Plus, finish painting my 10yo dd's bedroom (finally!) with Sweet 16 Benjamin Moore paint. It goes on like butter... really.

Take the kids shopping and ice skating.

I live for weekends!

BTW I would love to see pics of your Disney room when you're done.

I'm doing what I do just about every weekend - sitting on some field somewhere watching various types of balls being thrown, kicked or hit. I swear, it's all we do.

Oh, we are going on a real-live adult dinner date tonight with some friends. Let the wine begin!

Dinner with family
Movie with friends

Sunday:
lunch and dinner with family - a day spent in their pool and playing with their new kittens. (but not playing with the kittens in the pool!)

Weight Watchers meeting and then 6 Flags America for my company picnic this morning (they rented the whole park).

National Book Festival on the mall in DC this afternoon.

Teaching Sunday School tomorrow morning, and DD12 has volleyball tomorrow afternoon.

And sometime I need to get to the gym and get some laundry done.

And I'd REALLY like to relax a little. But I don't think that's going to happen.

First, I'm enjoying the fact that I'm not sick like I was last weekend!

My DS has an eye appt. this morning and then we're going shopping. Otherwise, I have tons of papers to grade as I'm doing a long term in a 7th grade Lanquage Arts class.

I'm making donuts and breads for my sister and BIL's orchard! Yikes...thankfully I can go use the donut machine. I hate apple cider donuts, lol!

The local university is having it's homecoming weekend so 2 of the 3 kids are marching in the parade, so we are going to that, providing the rain lets up! Then we have a wedding reception to go to this evening. Tomorrow we are going to assemble the new loft/bunk bed thing we got for the boys. Sounds really exciting, doesn't it! What I REALLY want to be doing is watching our varsity cross country teams run in a huge meet today at the University of Minnesota.

Saturday--- laundry and packing for WDW!!!!!!!!!!( it's the only time I dont mind doing laundry )

Sunday-- Driving to WDW and hopefully arriving around 4-5 pm and heading to DTD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dh Ds, and I are going to a family reunion picnic today, in New Jersey about an hour and a half a way. Then when we get home we are going to get the luggage out and start packing for our trip to the WORLD!!!! Only 8 days left!!!

We're off to the Renaissance Festival today--I'm just printing the map off now. Even though we go every year, I always forget how the heck to get there. We're meeting my sister and my great nephew--and hopefully, my nephew and his wife, too. We always have a blast.

Tomorrow is our veg out day--although I really need to get at least a FEW things done around the house. It's been too busy lately.

My attendance is required at an Abenaki powwow here on campus from 11-3 for one of my classes . Once I get back to the dorm from that mom is picking me up. I'll go home until tomorrow night. Tonight we have shopping to do (more water and juice) and then tomorrow is the third birthday party for the little boy I babysat for for a year and a half. Then it's back to school. Sometime during the weekend I also have an essay to write, and I have to at least start some of the other essays due next week. Lots of reading to do too.

We're having a yard sale today- I'm actually sitting out in the garage with the laptop waiting for customers to roll in! I got up at 7am to set up, after not getting to sleep till 3:30! I'd better make a million dollars!
Tomorrow it's back to work.
