What is earliest Character Meal ADR - breakfast?

Thinking about Tusker House week after Thanksgiving.

I think Chef Mickey's starts the earliest at 7am. Tusker House may vary depending on when the park opens.

I have always seen Tusker House at 8 am

The earliest reservation for an in park character meal is 8:00 regardless of the time the park opens.

I have an 8AM Tusker House and an 8AM Crystal Palace ADR. Now the park opening hours changed from 9 to 8! I hate when that happens!!
