We may need to do some very last minute switching of travel plans, so I am just curious if anybody knows what Dollar's cancellation policy is? Can I reserve a car using our Express ID and cancel within a couple hours of arrival w/ no penalty? What if we just don't show up even? I can't find this info on their website. Our Express ID has our credit card tied to it.
