What is DDE???

I am usually pretty good at Abbreviations.. but.. Ummm.. I must have missed something along the way... I have managed to pick up that you have to be an AP to have DDE.. and it can be used for discounts.. Am I warm?? LOL!! So.. anyone... can you fill me in? Thanks
