Disney Dining Experience card is good for 20% off breakfast, lunch and dinner at most full service restaurants, I think some counter service too. One card discounts up to 10 people. For Florida residents and annual passholders only.

Don't feel bad about not knowing about it - up until a couple of days ago it was only for FL residents, so it didn't get talked about very much (since most people on these boards live out of state). It's a great deal if you are elligible - if you spend more than $250/year on food at WDW. There are some other large threads going on about it now in this forum, but in short it works at every sit-down (that you don't have to garuntee with a credit card - which means CP package, Fantasmic!, and ressies on holdays like Thanksgiving and Xmas are out, but everything else is in). The only counter service it works at is the All-Stars and Pop Century, as they have no sit-downs. That's great for me since I always stay at Pop now - it really adds up quickly.

It is not accepted at the restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin hotels, or at Teppanyaki in the Japanese pavilion at Epcot. It is also accepted at the food court at POFQ.

Yes and Yes! Although this page has not been updated with the new AP information, the list of restaurants/bars is still up-to-date.

Edited to add: SSR is not listed, but the DDE card *is* accepted at the food court there.
