What is D23?

I see many references to D23 but am not sure what it is. Can anyone explain it or point me in the right direction?

Basically, it's a fan club. You have many options of membership, including the brand new free membership.

I am a (paying) member myself. Every 3 months, I receive the D23 publication ( a great magazine full of Disney information). I also get discounts and special offers. Plus, you have acces to different special events.

i have always wanted to sign up but just have never got around to it lol maybe this year will be the year i sign up

I think it's worth it, just the magazine is high quality so... I'm lucky : I got my D23 membership as a christmas gift for two years now. Maybe you can add it to your list!
