What is Crestwood Disney Orlando?

The hotel/motel Crestwood Disney Orlando (exact name) turned up in a search of Disney area accomodations this morning. I don't recall seeing this before. What is this property? Anyone stay here (seems to have really low rates) before? Is it new, or just a name change of an existing location?

This is a new Crestwood Suites extended stay property, a relatively recent chain which offers well-maintained basic suites with good, clean accommodation. Nothing fancy but well-priced. However, the Disney World tag is a bit of a cheat. This property is actually some way out on Sandlake Road, a good 25 minute drive from WDW.
