What is Creativity and Innovation like?

My college requires me to take a class while I'm down there. What is Creativity and Innovation like?

What do you do in that class? Is it worth taking?

It was a really fun class..if u have to choose just one class, choose that one.... the teacher i had just made us do fun things like keep a journal for "creative ideas" that pop in our head, learn about really cool inventions, have group projects where we invent new things and we even went to the mall for a project. we also learned how to lead team members and bring out their creative side, not just make it all about business. None of the homework was boring, at least to me, compared to other classes and it wasn't that much...like for the mall one, we had to talk to store managers to see how they implement creativity in their business. i learned a lot

Its really and interesting class! I really enjoyed it! The woman who taught it was alot of fun, she really encouraged us to think outside the box. There is one big group project, where you come up with your own creative company, based off of three companies you find that are creative. The 2nd big project is your creative journal. You dont really need the book, I think I only referenced it once. But it also really looks at why creativity is needed in corporations.
