What is considered "special"?

Ok, question for everyone. I see from the threads below that you can "special order" the Slipper dessert. Are there any other "special" secrets out there that need to be ordered in advance?

It is mostly just cakes and such. I have ordered the slipper and it was very nice. My mom 50+ said it was the nicest desert she has ever had.
