Crab dip
Stuffed mushroom caps with crab
Cheese/Bacon/Beer Dip in a rye round
Cranberry meatlballs

All homemade of course!

Tell me more about Cranberry meatballs, sounds like a good holiday app!

I like the meatballs or keilbasa you cook in a slow cooker with grape jelly and mustard. So yum-o!

I have a cheese spread I make that is one or two bricks of light cream cheese, roasted red pepper, canned artichokes, fresh basil and a little fresh garlic. Blend in the blender, yum! Dont know the exact measurements as I lost the recipe, but I just wing it.

I am hoping that someone will share their recipe for crab dip. I would like to make this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving.

I have a real simple crab dip...it's not hot and probably not what you had in mind but very good.

Spread cream cheese on a serving tray
Cover with jumbo lump crabmeat
Sprinkle cocktail sauce over top...not too much
Serve with Ritz crackers......

We have two must haves for all family gatherings....

Taco Salad Dip

Dried Chip Beef Dip

Totally yummie!

I love the spicy tuna appetizer at PF changs. Anywhere else, anything seafood will do for my appetizer...shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, etc etc!

At home, I make a Buffalo Chicken Dip that is requested alot...especially during this time of year....Football season!

various sushi rolls from my favorite Japanese restaurant
Edemamae (soy bean pods)
spinach and artichoke dip
oshinko pickle slices
Maryland crab cake bites
scallops wrapped with bacon
pastelitos, meat or cheese but not guava

/
DS9 likes Gator Tail at RJ Gators.

I like Rumaki (bacon and water chestnuts, not chicken liver).

Shrimp Cocktail

Oh man now i'm hungry! I'll take an order of cream cheese poppers, chips w/ art dip, umm.... and soup!

Lately tomato bruscetta and the Redneck caviar I posted about a while back. For some reason the veggie appetizers interest me more now. Though things with cheese in them are always good.;)

I searched for this recipe, do you make the one with the ranch dressing or the blue cheese, and do you use mozzarella, colby or monterey jack?

Thanks a bunch!

Here it is:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.) boiled, drained, and shredded
1- 12 oz. bottle of Franks Louisiana Original Hot Sauce
2- 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1- 16 oz. bottle of ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, mix together the shredded cooked chicken and the entire bottle of Frank's sauce, spredain to form an even layer.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and entire bottle of Ranch dressing, stirring until hot and smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken mixture to form a second layer.

Sprinkle with chopped celery and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle on the cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot or at room temperature with crackers.

ENJOY!!!!
