What is/are PS????

A PS is Disney's version of a reservation. A time they will seat you for your meal. Arrive 15 mins prior to your time.

Ressies are a shortened version of the word reservation (which I really don't care to use the term much) but to each his/her own :)

If you visit WDW at a busy time, it's sometimes harder to eat where and when you'd like without a PS. You can even make them the day of, if you don't like to plan too far ahead of time. The thing about them is that they are not exactly like "regular" restaurant reservations in that you will be seated at the next available table at your PS time, when often walk-ins will have a loooonnnnnggg wait or may be turned away. As was previously stated, it's recommended that you check in at the podium 15 minutes prior to your PS time.

We usually make 2 PS's for most days, since we like to eat a character or buffet breakfast, skip lunch, then have an early sit-down dinner. You can cancel any PS from many places around WDW if you change your mind.

Have fun planning! :sunny:
