Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) is exactly the same thing as a PS....different name for the same thing.

So are they trying to make us "think" we have a ressie when it is just "line pacing" (my own little joke--no offense)....or is it a reservation now?

I called yesterday for a PS and I wasn't corrected on that.

"After years of being called "Priority Seating" and confusing guests, Walt Disney World has finally changed the name of dining reservations to "Advanced Reservations". This change is effective immediately. The process is exactly the same as before, no change to how far in advance you can book the Advanced Reservations. "

They still don't hold a table for you, you just get the next available one of the size you "reserved".
