TTS has several BLT contracts for 50 points. Each with a UY of Sept and with 50 points coming in 2012, and 2013. prices range from 94 - 108 per point.
Since there are no points coming in 2010 or 2011, what would be a reasonable offer that will pass ROFR WITHOUT over paying?

Also, if I purchase one of these, will I be able to transfer points into my BLT account and have plenty of points to book in my 11month window?

Your doing basically what we do. We have a primary with a March UY and just picked up a new contract with a April UY. We plan to transfer the small April into the March and since they are all BLT we can use them all as a normal set of points at the 11mo window at BLT. They only catch is the transferred points still have their original UY so they must be banked on time. At this time all BLT is passing ROFR so any purchase price will pass (with in reason, i remember reading $89 just passed). As far as the price to offer, that is up to you. Start $5 per point below asking and work your way up from there. Be sure to also ask if any money is owed on the contract. If so find out what is owed and make sure your offer will cover all of the costs. This becoming a issue with some contracts being up-side-down and going though the purchase process only to have Disney foreclose on it at the last minute. Good luck.

I have seen on these boards numbers from $86 to $97 a point.:confused3 Just make an offer you can live with an if it passes, don't worry about what others pay.:woohoo:

I think a fair price will be whatever the seller will accept and you are comfortable with paying for the contracts the way they are right now.

Those contracts have been on the marking for a few months so IMO, one of two things is happening.

Either there have been no offers because of the lack of points, or, the seller is not willing to accept offers too low and that is why they are still there. TSS are wonderful so give them a call.

Now, if it were me considering one of those contracts, I would only be offering $80/pt which, but I already own and those would be additional points. If I were a new buyer, then I might consider offering closer to $90/pt, especially if I wanted to start small and would not be going until after Sept 2012.

Good luck!
