What is a realistic Good deal for car rental?

Right now i got a mini SUV for one week in September.. 190$ with insurance.

is that good or can I do better?

I have no idea is good or bad deal with cars.

I paid more for that the last time I rented a minivan, years ago. I'd check with all the major companies to be absolutely sure you can't save a little more, but $190 sounds fairly good to me. If it's for a full 7-day week, that comes to about $27/day.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Keep an eye out for some last minute codes you can apply to your reservation, though.
