help! someone tell me what one is?

It's a quest kiosk. You buy one in the Star Shop (you have to do the diving quest and the space suit quest in order to get there) and a quest kiosk runs about 30,000 credits. You use it to run quests, or like some people, use it to run a small easy quest for one person to do to win credits from you, also known as trading with credits.
