im assuming its like reserved seating or something for dining but not sure completely. also, are there places that you can ONLY get in to eat that way? how do you get a p.s?

it is the first available time slot that will accomodate the time you are looking at for you and your party size...you just tell them where you want to eat, how many Adults and Children and what time your looking for....you make ps's for sit down dining and character meals at DL, DD, DCA, and the restaurants in the 3 hotels...depending on what time of year you go, it can make or break whether you get to do a specific place...the only place Ive ever had to make sure I booked well in advanced was for BB. just call Disney Dine at 714-781-3463
It stands for priority seating, it is not a reservation, but rather will give you priority over a person that will be walking up to the restaurant or calling in for that matter at a later time. You can make them 60 days out, if you would like to. Sometimes, one can receive the time and day that they would like by calling one or two days ahead of time. Or by walking up to the for example podium at the Blue Bayou. I recommend making a p.s. much sooner from just one or two days out. I have made them before just a few days out, and was able to receive a p.s. for a day and time that was good for me. Still though, because there are no guarantees, it is best to call sooner than that. I am just a procrastinator.
