What is a good rental rate?

I have never needed to rent a car before, but ended up deciding to fly to WDW. I have found some Budget codes which get me a 7 day minivan rental for $302 after tax, tih s doesn't include any of the extra options. Is this decent (it is for late Feb into March) or should I keep searching?
