Croque Monsieur is a bit like a toasted cheese sandwich but it has been dipped in a bechamel type sauce. They are delicious and most of the snack type places sell them- you can also get mushroom (champignon) ones but Ive never tried those as I really like the others and would be disappointed if I got a mushroom one and then didnt like it.

They are amazing! Although they are better if you just eat them without really knowing what they are as they do actually sounds horrible!
