can anyone help?

thanks!

A bounceback is usually a discount vacation offer that Disney offers you on a future trip while you are on your current trip. It *has* to be booked during your current trip.

For example lets say you were are Disney right now. In your room you may find a flyer that says if you book for a future trip period (usually specific dates) you will receive a certain discount (perhaps 40% off deluxe, etc.) or a specific promotion (i.e. free dining). But you have to book the said bounceback offer before you check out of your resort. There isn't always a bounceback offer available.

In short its an offer for a return trip that is offered while you're on vacation @ WD Properties .... usually at a discounted rate or with some special promo (ie. Free Dining, 45% off Rooms etc etc)

It helps to know if there is a bounceback going on when you are going to be staying, so you'll know if you want to book w/ the discount before you leave. Also you know to keep an eye out for the flyer in your room and to ask about it if you don't get a flyer. Wish I'd booked the bounceback when I was there early dec. '09.

Question: Does the bounceback vacation have to be paid in full before checkout? :confused3

It would be difficult to pay for 2 Vacations at once (the current one & future one).

No, you need to make a 200$ down payment and that's it. Rest is due 45 days before your vacation!

When we were there last Sept. the offer was for free dining if you booked for the following year. Considering the current state of non-announced free dining, it was very much worth booking last year. :thumbsup2

So, are the bounceback offers usually for the level of resort you're in while there, (e.g. Currently in a Value Resort, offers are for the Value Resort.) or are they for anywhere on the property? I'll be down there next week and will definitely look for this information.

No you may stay anywhere on site. Doesn't have to be at the resort you are staying at when you are there. Just book it before you leave :goodvibes:goodvibes

JUst to let you know, we were there in Feb and rec'd the bounceback offer in our email!! You still had to book while there. We didn't have the paper flyer in the room. We did dial 8844 with the okr code and were able to get it, so if you don't have the flyer in your room call anyway!!

I have heard of some people calling Mousekeeping to ask about the flier, if they aren't delivered already.

If the flyer happens to be there, should I expect it to be there when I check in, or does it magically appear during my stay? :confused3

Thanks.

We didn't have a flyer in our room last year. My sister who was only 2 doors down did have one. I borrowed hers, and booked our bounceback for Free Dining for this September. I am so glad I did! I did call down and asked if I could get a flyer and for the 10 days we were there, I never got one. Thank Goodness my sister was staying there, or I have missed it.
