What is a Birthday Bucket?

I am taking my soon to be 4-year old for her birthday and have read about birthday buckets, but have no idea what it is or how to get it...

Please help a former lurker!

I believe these are currently only available at Disneyland right now...not Disney World...but I could be wrong.

The previous poster is correct they are only available to order when you go to the sit down restaurants at the Disneyland Resort in CA. There were 3 to choose from Princess,Pooh and Mickey but that was in 2005 and I don't know if that has changed or not.
