OK, I've heard a lot of people talking about these things. What are they and where can they be found????

Thanks a bunch,

Crystal

It reminds me of a funnel cake (with cinnamon/sugar) but it's shaped like a "beaver tail". They can be found at a stand in the Canada Pavillion @Epcot if I remember correctly.

When the stand is open. I've yet to see them actually sell beavertails from the beavertail stand.

I was there in May and they opened up around lunchtime. Beaver tails are fried whole what dough w/cinnamon and sugar. You can get other toppings like fruit, whipped cream, chocolate syrup. They are really yummy! -Steph

Honestly, I was not very impressed. Had the sugar and cinnamon and it was like eating cinnamon toast.:(
