It simply means that you can make dining reservations for your entire vacation 90 days from your FIRST night (up to 10 days). If you had to wait until exactly 90 days out for each ADR, you would be making an awful lot of phone calls.

You can make ADRs 90 days from your check-in date and can make them for your entire stay up to 10 days.
