I've played violin for somewhere around 8 years.

I've always wanted to learn guitar. Everyone says it would be easy since I've played violin for so long, and apparently that's the hardest string instrument. My dad has a guitar from college and I've printed out tabs before and tried to plunk out songs, but it wasn't that pretty.

I can play a pretty mean C chord, though.

Best band experience you will ever have with this instrument, because its NEEDED, but..forgotten about, so its like you have front pick, the band teachers ALWAYS remember you.
