what inspired your tags?

my first two tags represent my love of Moulin Rouge,the first is on the back cover of the soundtrack and the 2nd is one of Zilder's lines during the can-can number

My 3rd is for my love of Whose Line is it Anyway and I'm a huge fan of Brad,Greg,Chip and Jeff

Good things come in threes . . . because my mother always taught me that things came in sets of three - I don't remember what I was talking about.

I'd rather be gray than bald . . . because I shared that I used to pull out gray hairs until I decided that there were so many that I needed to make a choice - gray or bald!

Mine...I am thinking here...I love jewelry.. and deal in antique jewelry, it is a passion.. the singing our hearts out.......well... I think that has to do with Karaoke and Discon this year.. we did sing our hearts out and have a blast.....the last one was a comment I made to someone who had very interesting political cartoons...

Okay, here's mine:

On one of my adventures in late-night Dising (it happens very rarely), I got involved in a thread where Spago (I think) was going to have a steamy, nightclub act and I was going to be one of his backup singers. The feather boa tag is in reference to the accessories of my costume. Funny what one talks about late at night.

Space Cadet has to do with my username. tc stands for Tom Corbett, Space Cadet. Books my husband read as a child and dubbed me with the nickname when he realized what a space cadet I really am, lol.

The camping tag is my mantra. I hate camping.

The monkey suit thing came from a few pm's with someone I won't name. I was in a play where I was a monkey and had a costume. He or she did not know I would look good in my monkey costume, so this tag is just a guess. I was warned during the pm conversation to be careful who I talked to because you never know what might show up in ones tag.

Let's see, Queen of the Dis dorks refers to the yaya's who totally derailed a humble request to the tag fairies for some new tags. We went on a dork naming spree (Tank dork, Dis angel dork, etc...) and they (the people who derailed my thread) named me the queen of the dis dorks.

Partial to zzzzzziiiiippppppssss........tag fairies busted me derailing a thread and I said I would zip my lips.

I LOVE WHITE TIGERS, I think they are just beautiful!

Mine came from my finals a couple of semesters ago. I get really stressed during finals and I came on the dis to vent and ended up just rambling! LOL!

I need to change it, though. I'm graduating in May so I'm not stressed at all.

Really wants the Perfect Pancake pan: I mentioned on a thread once that I had seen the perfect pancake pan on TV and really want it (I actually put it on my wedding registry, LOL!)

Really likes a lot of NSYNC's songs: I mentioned that I like a lot of their songs on a thread about songs/artists you're embarrassed to say you like and the tag fairies caught me!

John and Jackie are my AWESOME parents and I am their youngest child. I put this one up after I lost my Mom as a tribute to her and her MIGHTY parenting skills!

Michael is my son and I AM his biggest fan. Everyday I find something incredible about him and I am so glad God gave me a kid that melds with me so perfectly! Great kid!


The last line I posted the day I became a CB mod again. It was my FIRST board and I was THRILLED to be back "home". Thanks to the WMs for that present!

Honorary Brit I host transatlantic chat and was given the title of honorary Brit

I don't think I need to beat people over the head I used to have an icon under my name that said I was a moderator, plus it's in my signature that I'm a moderator and I didn't think I needed to beat people over the head with that fact so I asked to have the icon removed.

I always had bad aim I went to move a chat ad to recycle and missed, so I had to ask a supermod to move it for me, because I've always had bad aim.

if you want your tag to be in color, go to the technical support forum. write attn. tag fairies in the subject. tell them you would like your tag to be ......(color)...... tag fairies are there to help. don't be afraid to ask.
