What incentives does Disney offer vs buying resale

About to bite the bullett but heard Disney offers incentives sometmes and some say they wait to see what they are before buying?

I'm right there with You ... About to bite the bullet!

I can tell You this, I was talking to My Disney Agent guy Jeff just last week about the Incentives they had going on with Animal Kingdom and BLT --- Jeff encouraged Me to wait until the end of this coming week to see what they offer for September. September ends the Fiscal year for DVC -- I suppose as far as who sells what ... Not sure. But Jeff assured Me that September is usually the best Month to buy -- He also said that if a better deal didn't come out this week he Could offer Me the same deals on AK and BLT that they just stopped offering! Its a Win - Win for Me on that Front ... So, I'm going to see what comes out and crunch the numbers and decided whether I want to go that route or whether I want to buy resale! A big thing for Me is wanting to keep My annual dues at the lowest cost possible, which = BLT and I'm thinking that its going to be sold out within a year or so if I don't go ahead and Buy ---- Which I haven't seen one ReSale for BLT yet -- So that's also something to think about!

September Offers as I understand them :::

Bay Lake Tower $107 per Point, which is $5 off the current rate :::
Note as of October 4th, 2009 BLT will be $120 per Point!!
Which will make it the most expensive DVC resort per Point
in the History of DVC!!!
From what I understand, they are trying to slow the sells down on
BLT to keep it from being completely sold out too quickly?

Animal Kingdom $102 per Point, which is $10 off the current rate ::
Note, at Animal Kingdom only You can buy in for the first time with only
100 Points!! This will save a little cash on the Closing cost and
then You can Add-On points at any time or at the time of purchase for
No additional closing cost.
