what if you have to cancel the cc you used?

I had fraudulent charges on the card I used to secure my dining. So I had to cancel the card. Should I call WDW, or will my reservations be okay?

I would call and let them know. They can probably just change the default card in the system. Sorry to hear about the fraudulent charges.

I called and the lady said that once a reservation is made and authorized its in the system. It won't automatically cancel. No need for a new card. It's secured.

The card company was awesome. It was caught early and not too much damage was done. Phew!

On my last trip the CC I had reserved the dining reservations with expired 3 months before I went on the trip but was valid when I made the reservations. There were no problems, every reservations was there & waiting for us.

Thank you for posting this! I just had to cancel my card on Friday and hadn't even thought about this!

I paid for CRT with that card. If I cancel, will it still credit my account some how?

I don't have any pre paid meals. So I am not positive on crt. I wonder how they would credit back....
Calling wouldn't be a bad idea I guess
