What if you don't want to use the organ at the Wedding Pavilion?

We've changed our VR location from the Whitehall Patio to the WP. We want actual songs (not just the music) at our ceremony, but I know the organist is included in the WP rental price. If we don't use the organ, do we need to pay for the iPod setup and technician to run it?

Any help would be appreciated! :goodvibes

I *think* because the capabilities are already there you don't need to pay someone to set it up, if you've got someone to do it for you.

Unlikean outdoors area where speakers and everything would need to be set up...

I think :lmao:

I'm hoping this is the case, as this is what we're planning on doing.

I'm pretty sure they have a sound system in the WP, you'd just have to bring a cd with the songs. I know people have used both the organ and actual music in the past and never heard about any special set-up or anything like that.

OK, so as long as I have someone in our group to hit "play", it sounds like we should be set. :thumbsup2 I'll check with our planner (once we get one, LOL) to be sure, but that makes me feel much better. Thanks!! :goodvibes

We were just told to bring the cd with us and the time for each song that we wanted it started. We don't have to have anyone there to push play, i'm not exactly sure who is doing it but i know it's not something we are supposed to worry about.
