What if we have to cancel?

We have already paid in full for our October trip. Resort, tickets, DDP and MNSSHP tickets (which we have received).

DH is applying for a new job and if he gets it, he may not be able to take off. Although he would only need to take off one day.

What do I need to do if we have to cancel? I can't remember if I bought the trip insurance or not. We would know by August if we can go or not.

Is it a package? If it's a package, and you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, you get a full refund. Pretty sure the MNSSHP tickets are not refundable, they are not part of the package. If you have the travel insurance that may cover your cancellation fees if you have to cancel later...but probably not the MNSSHP tickets. You'd have to read the policy.

As for airfare, that would be up to the airline as to the type of fare you booked and whether or not you have trip insurance that covers airfare.

We might be able to do that. Hmm... might just cancel the Friday breakfast and lunch dining reservations and cancel one day on the ticket.

If it is very likely, maybe you should look into the insurance issue!
