What if we get stuck?

Hi

We are off to DLH on Tuesday for 3 nights, our second attempt at some Christmas magic as our flight was cancelled a couple of weeks ago due to snow.

Looks like we may get there ok, fingers crossed, but there is snow forecast here in Edinburgh for when we are due to return.

We are flying easyjet so I know how to get ourselves booked on another flight, DH not coming so he can do that at home for us and PrettyP has given me a list of hotels at the airport at terminal 2 if cancelled after we get to airport.

However, if our flight is cancelled before we check out from the DLH who is the best person to speak to about finding some disney accomodation for the Friday night and is there anywhere I can get internet access to print out new boarding passes?

Hopefully worrying over nothing but after having had our last flight cancelled would rather be well prepared especially when travelling with my 3 year old so I can enjoy my trip.

you can either speak to the hotel reception and they will check hotels for you or city hall. Weve done this at both before when we've decided to add extra days while there (both times weve had alernative accomodation sorted nearby but wanted to stay at disney for longer )

Although as Im sure someone else posted in another thread you might be better going to the airport anyhow so you are on hand to get onto another flight. We had our flight cancelled due to strikes a couple of yrs ago and we tried to organise another flight by phone from DL but it was impossible - kept getting recorded info and things and couldnt actually speak to a real person - so we just went to the airport and they were filling all flights that were leaving

The other thing that might happen is if the plane can take off but not land due to weather conditions at the other end then it will probably be diverted to another airport and you will be transported to where you were meant to be going
