What if the Ticket Kiosk is down?

I've bought the AP online with the option to pick it up at the Kiosk of one of the parks. But working with computers on a daily basis I know they go down every once in a while, what happens if this happens the day you want to activate your pass? I'm going to be purchasing the 5 for 4 tickets for our group also which makes me wonder about this even more. Has this happened to anyone and what was the solution? I can only imagine we go to their "Guest Services" or whatever they call it? I'm just curious to know how they would resolve this, I'm sure its happened and they do fix it somehow, just wondering how. Just being my worry-wart self! LOL!! TIA :teeth:

They have a few machines, so if one is down, you can try another. It is very doubtful their entire ticket system would go down. I'm sure they have a backup. Plus, I'm not even sure the Kiosks are connected in real time. I'm sure the reservations are downloaded, and the machines can run on their own.
Guest services can look up your reservation on the computer and get you your tickets if the Kiosk doesn't work. This is located to the right of the main gate.
You'll be real surprised when you walk up to the machine, swipe your credit card, enter your reservation number, and it prints your ticket. Then you enter the park, and head to the ticket processing center to get your picture taken.
