I've bought the AP online with the option to pick it up at the Kiosk of one of the parks. But working with computers on a daily basis I know they go down every once in a while, what happens if this happens the day you want to activate your pass? I'm going to be purchasing the 5 for 4 tickets for our group also which makes me wonder about this even more. Has this happened to anyone and what was the solution? I can only imagine we go to their "Guest Services" or whatever they call it? I'm just curious to know how they would resolve this, I'm sure its happened and they do fix it somehow, just wondering how. Just being my worry-wart self! LOL!! TIA
