Does everybody see that I started my pre trip report? It's in my siggie. you want to read it.
Hopefully Jedi mind tricks work here.![]()
So the Coral Reef soup Nazis say, "No spoon for you!"
I just wanted to say thanks for the bad review of Coral Reef... lol It got me thinking, because I was iffy on that one to begin with. I looked into the different choices in the WS and I found the Germany one. My mom's mom was from Germany, so she grew up with the food. I know she loves that type of thing too. So I went and booked dinner there. Then I talked to her about it and she was so happy with my choice. She didn't really like the choices for Coral Reef, but didn't want to tell me...
I'm pretty excited for that meal now.
I'm off to check out your PTR now.![]()
I'm following ~ thanks for the heads up!!!![]()
Great updates! I love that your mom played along at 50's! I cried a little when you were talking about your mom's restless night. The love you have for your mom is so evident.I love the idea of giving your mom a present on your birthday; I'm going to copy that this year on my birthday! Love, love, love the bracelet you got with your gift card! When you bought candy in Japan, did you buy any bags of the little "crawfish" looking dried up things? That stinks that your dinner at Coral Reef was so awful.
Looking forward to more!
It will be interesting to see if anyone knew who the mod is! How fun to run into someone like that!
Bummer you waited but couldn't see anything- and that's a really big bummer there was a tiff at the same time. Late nights, long schedules, unfulfilled expectations are a recipe for disaster. Glad it was forgotten so soon!
If it were me, I don't think I could get up the next AM. That's way too few hours of sleep for me. But it's amazing what Disney adrenaline can do!
Awwww, last day in the "World," with your best friend. So sad. Hopefully you built an even stronger bond while you were there with one another and you'll be able to get together some time soon.

The last day is always so sad. You must have been happy to see your husband though. It's so sweet how the two of you talk on the phone for hours after being married for years.
Ty! What a great TR! I'm so sad it's over and you even made me cry again.![]()
For some reason I cry when others are upset, you talking about you being so lonely and eating by yourself made me so sad for you.
I knew it would be over quickly, but I can't stand to hear about someone upset and not get that way myself.
Wow! About the guys knocking you over, and wow about the security reacting the way they did. Don't get me wrong, I think they needed to make sure you were more than OK, and I also think they needed to put the guys through the wringer for knocking you over in a drunken state, but handcuffs do seem to be a bit much. Good to know that there are some who think it's worth it to go overboard until they know for sure what's happened, I for one will feel more safe in the MCO airport.
I'm curious, how long once you were home did it take for you to get your leg to down in swelling and it stay that way? Did you ever find out from the doctor why it kept swelling like it did?
Again great TR, and I'm anxious to keep up with your planning for your next trip with Kent.![]()
